Experience our gourmet chocolate!
Six brothers, one vision, represent Cacao Bros, and we are owners of a micro farm in El Salvador. Our
farm is in a small mountain town called Jayaque, approximately 1300 meters above sea level.
We offer virtual and in person tours so that you can know exactly where and how the
cacao is farmed, harvested, fermented, and how our chocolate is made.
We have cacao that we would like to bring to the United States and establish a farm to
chocolatier relationship. Please contact us for a sample.
Our cacao beans are fermented in traditional wooden boxes lined with banana leaves.
The cacao nibs are roasted for a rich chocolate flavor.
Cacao Bros tours are an opportunity to see nature, taste cacao, and have an adventure.
- Hot Chocolate Mix - Our hot chocolate is made with three ingredients (sugar, cacao, and a touch of cinnamon).
- Fine chocolate - The cacao fruit for our chocolate is single sourced from our micro farm using organic methods, and each fruit is hand selected prior to going into the fermentation, drying, and chocolate making process.
- Cacao Nibs - Nibs are the most natural form of dark chocolate.

Cacao Bros chocolate has as a unique taste that is a product of being made in a tropical rainforest surrounded by Mango, Banana, Citrus, and coffee trees.
We currently make:
- Hot Chocolate Mix (may contain traces of tree nuts, legumes, beans, pumpkin seeds, coffee, peanuts, corn)
- Chocolate bombs for hot chocolate
- Fine chocolate (50, 60, and 70%)
- Cacao Nibs
